This is the standard in fast food pizza. Customer service is great and food is hot and delish.

Would be five stars but they messed an order a couple times, but that's two times in like 10 years. Can't complain too much about that. Love HH's.

When I called to order it felt like they were talking with another employee the whole time I was trying to order. I had to repeat everything I said multiple times to them. Then when I came to pick it up they hadn't gotten the correct order (even after repeating myself multiple times). Keep in mind, this was just a large round pepperoni and howie bread. I didn't think they could mess that up but they did. Edit: they did give me the pizza that they messed up on along with the correct one.

Terrible. This place just sucks. I rarely get HH as their pizza tastes like the box, but sometimes when you're in a rush... This place is the pits though. They can't make anything correctly the first time, have rude staff and delivery drivers and the place is dirty. I'll never come back.

Let me start off by saying I really like HH's pizza. This location's service, however, is poor. Actually, you get better service at Secretary of State. My orders here have been screwed up before, but tonight was the last straw. Picking up my order, I had to give the name and phone number to the clueless person at the register at least 3 times before she could "find" my order, much to my frustration. I thought she might give a simple apology, but apparently that was too much to ask considering she had all the personality of dry toast. Just a snippy reminder of the total. Then when I got home I discovered the square pizza I ordered was a round instead. At least they got the toppings right I guess? But there's always an issue at this location. I won't be back anytime soon.
